I usually don’t write about apps that I don’t host, but this is an exception. Saurik has done it again. Cycorder is now a full featured video recorder that does video and sound in pic mjpeg format. The videos are ~ 15fps with audio at a decent resolution. The app is free and great! The next app is called Quick Gold from developer Zataang.  It’s like quicksilver on OSX. You just tap home once while on springboard and a window comes up where you type a search. It is instant searching of all your apps, contacts, webclips etc. For example check out what happens when you type “mo”

After this, you can just select the item in the list and it launches.
